Cowgirl Camp activities start roughly around noon on the first day of camp and end roughly around noon on the last day of camp. We recommend not booking any flights out earlier than 5pm.
Arriving Early?
If you are arriving to the area the day before camp starts, we have a couple of recommended options for places to stay:
- Wilderness Trails Outfitters is offering an add-on for Cowgirl Camp: $150 for the night before camp starts which includes supper, lodging, and breakfast the next morning.
- The Cache House is a hostel in Jackson Hole that some 2023 campers stayed at and recommended. Please verify information on your own, but we were told check-in was 4pm, check-out was 11am, the prices were reasonable and it had individual bathrooms.
Transportation
Wilderness Trails Outfitters is approximately an hour from Jackson/the airport. Verified attendees will be invited to join a private Facebook group where you can connect with other campers, set up ride-shares, etc.
There will be no shuttles provided, campers are responsible for their own transportation.
